I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect and made getting around super easy. However, the room situation was less than ideal since the bed was really high — I needed a stool to get in! I also faced some issues with service that soured my birthday weekend, and overall, it felt a bit hot without a fan. On a positive note, the dining experience saved my stay with some exceptional food. However, I still left feeling a bit frustrated about the service and room arrangements.
